Jeff Peck, Yoga Instructor

Jeff brings a different style to the Right Fit studio space. He started attending yoga classes 5 years ago when he found himself looking for a style of workout that was different than he had done in the past. Jeff found that he loved the mental and physical challenged that every yoga class offered him. These challenges led him to becoming an avid yogi and certified yoga teacher.

Jeff has moved to the Belleville area from the GTA after leaving my job of almost 20 years, where he plans to lead a new and different life. Jeff urges you to come out to his classes to see how he teaches differently from others. His classes tend to focus on the movements and specific poses of yoga, where every student is pushed to reach their potential.

Lydia Siebenga, Yoga Instructor

Lydia attended her very first yoga class in her first year of University and instantly fell in love with the practice. A few years later, she set off to Bali, Indonesia to complete her training (and travel of course)!

Lydia completed her 200 hour certification at the Zuna Yoga school, which is Yoga Alliance Certified. This 21-day intensive training was just that – INTENSIVE – but in the best way. It challenged every part of her body, mind, and soul.  Lydia returned to Canada with amazing new tools to add to her belt so that she could share her love of yoga with others.

Lydia’s goal as a yoga teacher is simply to teach you how to relax. Her classes are carefully designed to utilize the breath and movement together, maximizing the benefits of not only your practice and meditation, but life altogether. Be aware. Be present. Be free. Everyday.
