Private Training

Private Training is designed for individuals requiring one-on-one attention in order to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training is for those who do not necessarily need one-on-one training, but enjoy more isolated attention from a trainer while working out. Semi-Private Training is designed for groups of 2-5 individuals who may have similar health and fitness goals.

All Personal Training services are offered as 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions, depending on the heath and fitness goals of the individual.

When to Choose a Personal Trainer

  • If you have NO¬†known medical conditions, injuries or disabilities that are placing limitations on your ability to exercise.
  • If your main goal is weight loss, general strength and endurance training.
