What is Small Group Training (SGT)?

Small group training was developed because our coaches care not only about functional training, but also about the health and well-being of the members of Right Fit. We offer several different types of group Training to help provide variety yo your fitness routine. Sessions are limited to 8 participants, to ensure that your coach can focus on your mechanics and technique, providing continuous feedback to you for the most optimal learning experience.

What sets Right Fit apart from group training at other facilities is that every member has the option to schedule a no charge reassessment/consultation 4x yearly regarding not only their fitness goals, but their nutrition, health and general well-being needs and desires as well. You will be provided with a Home Exercise Plan right away (after your assessment), as well as have access to many health and fitness resources.

Our SGT program has been designed to give you the benefit of one on one training without the cost. We complete a full functional assessment on each person before they start this program. Our assessment determines if you need modifications, regressions or progressions throughout the sessions. Each trainer has your background and information to ensure a safe and effective workout, with individualized attention where it’s needed. Our classes never have more than 8 people, allowing us to focus on your form, proper function, and making changes where needed.

How do I sign up/Get started?

Start with a complimentary consultation with a trainer to review goals, health history, weigh in, get measurements and review your nutrition. Receive 1 free week of sessions to ensure it works for your goals and lifestyle.

Can I sign myself into classes?

Create your schedule. Utilize the Mindbody App where you can schedule yourself whenever is convenient for you. (Simply download the Mobile Mindbody App or go to mindbodyonline.com to create an account. Once you have an account you can locate The Right Fit and schedule/cancel or purchase classes.)

How many times can I come a week?
