Individual Nutrition AssessmentsMeet with our Registered Dietitian for a one on one assessment. Together as a team you and Ashley will determine the best methods for attaining goals appropriate for you. Her comprehensive assessment will include evaluation of current diet and lifestyle habits; from that information she will provide customized feedback and education to improve your current diet, through behaviour modification techniques, dietary resources, and menu planning.

Ashley will be there to support you through all the changes you decide to make, with one on one follow up appointments, grocery store tours, cooking sessions, or meal plans you can tailor your goals to whatever fits in your life!


Grocery Store ToursLike the old saying goes "out of sight, out of mind" If you buy and stock healthier nutritious foods, you are more likely to eat those foods. Take Ashley along the next time you head out to the grocery store, she can show you how to make healthier choices for products you are currently buying, as well as make suggestions for new must have additions to your grocery cart, teach you how to read labels and what to look for, and plan healthy lunches, snacks and dinners for the week!

Weekly Weigh in's and Food Diary ChecksIf you are someone that needs to follow up more frequenlty and like having someone that you are going to have to answer to. Ashley can be there to provide the tough love and guidance to get you through the weekly struggles, no matter how big or small, meeting more frequently will keep you on track and keep you focused on your goals.


Group Weight Loss and Support GroupsIf you've ever tried to lose weight before you know how hard it can be to stick with your plan. Joining a group has many advantages:
1. Support: You have the support from the group to keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
2. Accountablity: You have to be accountable and show up!
3. Stress Reliever: talking about your struggles and brainstorming with friends can be a very effective way to cope with stress and frustrations
