Ashton Calnan

Owner of Right Fit Inc. B.Sc, R.Kin. Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer.

Right Fit began because of Ashton’s passion for helping people change their lives through diet and exercise. It has been successful because that passion is real, and what is offered at Right Fit is honest, challenging & supportive.

With a Bachelor of Science and honours in Human Kinetics, a certified Personal Trainer & Registered Kinesiologist and extensive experience in athletic therapy, Ashton has the knowledge and background you can trust. Her focus is 100% her clients development, whether that is through herself or the team that represents Right Fit.

Leroy Rollins

Leroy found a love for fitness early in his life. Growing up idolizing the physiques of professional athletes, Leroy started weight training at a young age. He developed a passion for strength training as he saw physical improvements, and has been in the gym consistently ever since.

Leroy followed his interest for fitness into college and graduated from Loyalist College with honours in the Fitness and Health Promotion program. While studying he became aware of the CanFit Pro organization, and received his Personal Trainer certification during his second year of college. After college, Leroy shared his knowledge with the public and began training clients in their homes.

With his passion lying in strength and functionality, Leroy is excited to help you reach your goals and develop a body that can accomplish anything!

Steph Corras

R. Kin, MHK, BSc. Honours Human Kinetics, RYT, Core Confidence Specialist

Stephanie has always been passionate about helping people lead physically active lifestyles.  Stephanie is a registered Yoga Instructor as well as a Kinesiologist who specializes in lifestyle counselling.  She has both a Bachelor of Science, with honours in Human Kinetics, and pursued her Master’s Degree in Human Kinetics, with a focus in health and exercise psychology giving her the tools to help her clients foster strong behaviour change principles.  Stephanie will help motivate you to reach your goals & support you through your journey to improved health.

Stephanie has been teaching Yoga at TRF since 2014 and balances her class with strength, functional mobility, and relaxation.  For Stephanie, Yoga has allowed her to get to know herself, improve her health- both physically and mentally and she is excited to share that passion with others.

Christine Bongaurd-Austin

Registered Massage Therapist, RMT

 

Formerly a Registered Practical Nurse, Christine is no stranger to health and wellness. Graduating with honours from her programs, Christine’s goals for treatment are patient centered. With a passion for learning, Christine consistently engages in continuing education to add to her practice. Highlights include; additional skills in Advanced Soft tissue Release, Cupping Therapy for Myofascial Conditions, Posture and Pain Studies, as well as Certified Myoskeletal Therapist.

Jade Stonehouse

Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer

Jade is the newest gem to join the right fit team. Having a craving for alternative treatments Jade was drawn to Kinesiology and its injury prevention approach to human ergonomic and biomechanic principles. Using exercise to treat pain and muscle imbalances Jade has found success with her treatment plans. Having experience with a wide range of demographics: Jade as had the pleasure of training members of varsity athletics, youth sports teams, the physically disabled and elderly populations. Jade enjoys a challenge and will work tirelessly to add you to her list of fitness successes.

Having her degree with honors in Human Kinetics, as well as an active Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, Jade’s tool belt is far from being full (in her mind). Jade plans on continuing her education in pre- and post-natal exercise as well as fascial stretching techniques.

Jade is completely focused on her clientele and hopes to forge many relationships while here at the Right Fit. Jade aims to keep you motivated and moving!
