Leroy found a love for fitness early in his life. Growing up idolizing the physiques of professional athletes, Leroy started weight training at a young age. He developed a passion for strength training as he saw physical improvements, and has been in the gym consistently ever since.
Leroy followed his interest for fitness into college and graduated from Loyalist College with honours in the Fitness and Health Promotion program. While studying he became aware of the CanFit Pro organization, and received his Personal Trainer certification during his second year of college. After college, Leroy shared his knowledge with the public and began training clients in their homes.

B.HSc, R.Kin. Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer.
Stephanie’s love of fitness and rehabilitation arose from personal experiences. Being an athlete, playing, basketball, soccer, rugby and competitive volleyball, she had her share of sports related injuries. This guided her education towards the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Fleming College, then she continued to UOIT where she completed her Bachelor’s of Health Science Honours in Kinesiology. Following school, she became a registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and continues to advance her knowledge in her field.
Stephanie played varsity volleyball for the Fleming Knights for two years, but once college was over she found a new love of endurance obstacle course racing. She has been participating in various Spartan races in Canada and throughout the States over the past five years and is always training to be better.
