 I started training at The Right Fit with Ashton January 9th 2012. I weighed in at 376 lbs and could barely do any physical activity what so ever. I was so scared to start training with her as I have never had a personal trainer before and I never ate healthy foods. Ashton took the time to go over everything step by step with me and came up with a healthy diet that would work for me and a great work out plan. She even gave me the confidence to step up my work outs and start going to group work outs as well as boot camps. I have never been able to run in my life either but since I started at the right fit I have completed 2 5 k races with a personal best time of 37 minutes. It is now May first and I weigh in at 303 lbs for a lose of 73 lbs in just under 5 months. This is a huge turn around from my un-healthy lifestyle of weighing 376 lbs plus I just quit smoking last year. If it wasn’t for Ashton at The Right Fit none of this would have happened.

Ashton became my personal fitness trainer in the fall of 2008. My goals when I first met with Ashton were weight loss, increased strength and energy. Ashton developed a personalized fitness plan for me, which provided challenging yet achievable goals.

Right away I knew I would enjoy working with Ashton. She was obviously very passionate about fitness and always brought lots of energy and enthusiasm to our sessions.
