What is Kinesiology?
“Kinesiology is the science of human movement. Kinesiologists are trained professionals that apply the latest evidenced-based research to improve function, health and wellness. They apply the principles of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and psychomotor behaviour to improve health, function and performance. Kinesiologists are committed to enhancing quality of life through the promotion of physical activity and workplace health and safety, the prevention and management of injury, chronic disease and disability, and the overall improvement of health and performance.


What does Kinesiology mean for you?

Then semi-private training could be just for you!
It’s a great way to exercise, spend time with friends, save money and stay accountable. You still get a personalized workout but are challenged and encouraged by your peers in an environment you feel comfortable in.
We have 30 or 60 minute sessions available and can work around your schedules!
