Youth Strength & Conditioning
Youth Small Group Training (YSGT) provides youth (ages 12-16 years old) the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of fitness, with a large emphasis on encouragement, teamwork, and involvement. Youth of all skill levels and fitness interests are welcomed to join as this is our most recreational youth program option.
Wednesdays @ 5:00pm and Saturdays @ 1:00pm.
* All 6 sessions purchases must be used within the 6-week span and are not subject to reimbursement.
Youth Athletic Development (YAD) is designed for those athletes looking to improve strength, body awareness, agility, speed, power and aerobic and anaerobic capacities, while being given the tools for injury prevention. Please note that this program is for 12-16 year old athletes looking to improve their general athletic performance, as the program group may consist of athletes with different sport or competition backgrounds.
* A 2x weekly commitment is required, as all 12 session package purchases must be used within the 6-week time frame.
Mondays @ 5:00pm and Saturdays @ 11:00am.
Sports Team Training is aimed to assist coaches in enhancing their athlete’s sport specific skills through strength & conditioning training. All STT cycles include a baseline evaluation of mobility, strength, power/agility and endurance pertaining to the teams specific athletic requirements. Both off-season and in-season training are available, and will be formatted in blocks for proper periodization.
